Store policy

We understand how important high-quality hair extensions and wigs are to every stylist. If there is any issue with your product, we will always do our best to resolve it quickly.

 

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you receive a product with any issues, please contact us within the specified time frame.

 

Eligible Return & Exchange Situations (within 48 hours of receiving the product)

You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

• Product received does not match the order, such as incorrect length, color, quantity, or style.

• Product has a clear quality issue, for example: severe tangling, excessive shedding, loose wefts, or visible defects (Items must be unworn,        uninstalled, uncut, and unwashed.)

 

Damage caused during shipping

If the outer packaging is heavily damaged, please take photos immediately as evidence.

Situations NOT eligible for return or exchange

• Due to hygiene standards and industry regulations, the following situations cannot be accepted:

• Products that have been installed, worn, dyed, bleached, cut, or washed

• Missing packaging, tags, hair nets, or gifts, or any sign of use

• Issues caused by improper handling, e.g., incorrect bleaching, misuse of high-heat tools

• Clearance items or custom-made products

Return & Exchange Process

Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product

Provide the following information for verification:

• Order number

• Photos or videos of the issue

• Once confirmed, we will provide the return address

• After the product is returned, our team will complete inspection and processing within 1–3 business days

 

Shipping Costs

If caused by product quality issues:
Hitrust Hair will cover the shipping costs (both ways)

If not related to product quality:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

 

Additional Notes

All human hair products are handcrafted. Slight color variations or minor differences between bundles are normal and do not qualify as defects.

For wigs: please inspect the product before cutting the lace.
Wigs with lace already cut are not eligible for return or exchange.
